Polyethylene Coating

A coating method applied in 3 layers to the outer surface of the pipe, which is extremely effective against corrosion.

The pipe is heated up to 180-220°C by a gas oven or induction cabin, and the surface of the pipe is electrostatically coated with special epoxy guns between 100-200 microns. The adhesive layer is obtained by the extrusion method and bonded to the pipe surface via silicone rollers. The polyethylene obtained by the same extrusion method is wrapped similarly. The polyethylene-coated pipe is cooled to 50-70°C in the cooling tunnel.
